English singer, Yungblud has released his new single, “Funeral”, the song is among his upcoming album. Yungbuld says ‘Funeral’ is a song he would “take to his grave” and was his chance to make all of his insecurities public.
Produced by long-term collaborator Chris Greatti , “The Funeral” not only has a very remarkable ’80s vibe with a modern twist, but it almost feels like a combination of synth rock and Britpop with a sprinkle of The Beatles to tie it all together.
The ‘Fleabag’ rocker is back with his first new track of 2022, which saw him recruit the Prince of Darkness himself, Ozzy Osbourne, and his wife Sharon for the music video.
Finally, the track was released on March 11, 2022.
My hair fell out ’cause I dyed it cheap
I want a real fake smile, but I hate my teeth
I wanna tell you that I love you, but I just can’t speak
I got a fucked-up soul and an STD
But do you hate yourself? Well, that’s alright
Do you love yourself? Well, that’s alright
Do you tell yourself that it’s alright
That you dream about the day you die?
