Eminem Promotes NFL Upcoming Draft “Live from the D!”
In his hometown of Detroit, Michigan, Eminem is generating enthusiasm for the NFL draft, which is scheduled to take place the next week.
Paul Rosenberg, co-founder of Shady Records, posted a video on Friday, April 19, to hype up the yearly football game. The D12 rapper and league commissioner Roger Goodell are seated next to each other in the video, however their energies are different.
Em starts, “We’re so fired up for the NFL Draft this year,” to which the 65-year-old replies, “Live from the D!”
The seasoned MC answers, perplexed, “You can just say Detroit.”
“Am I being punked?” Em questions the crew behind the camera in a funny way when the businessman corrects himself with equal vigor.
The dates for the 89th NFL Draft are set for April 25–27.
The “Superman” hitmaker made a suggestion earlier this week that he would participate in the 2024 NFL Draft following Big Sean’s announcement that he will play before the first round.
After the announcement, the group started hinting to the veteran spitter’s potential appearance by sharing a photo of him and Goodell together, which later turned out to be from the advertisement above. It’s unknown as of right now how involved he is with the annual meeting.
